Public Meetings Law Written Grievance

If you believe the City of Donald has violated a provision of Public Meetings Law, written grievances can be submitted in person, by mail, or via email. Grievances should be sent or delivered to the City Manager, who has been designated as the person to whom a grievance may be submitted.
 

To submit a grievance in person, you must submit the written notice to our front desk staff during business hours. Our office is open 8 am to 4 pm, Monday through Thursday and 8 am to noon on Fridays. The address is 10710 Main St NE, Donald, OR 97020.
 

To submit a grievance by mail, please mail your grievance to the City of Donald, PO Box 388, Donald, OR 97020. Please include Attn: PML Grievance on the envelope.

To submit a grievance via email, please email the grievance to CityManager@DonaldOregon.gov and begin your subject line with PML Grievance.

The City of Donald will respond to your grievance within 21 days.
